Issues with Shipping or Delivery

If you encounter any issues such as delayed or missing deliveries, damaged items, or incorrect products, please contact our support team within 48 hours of receiving the package. Provide the following details to help us resolve the issue promptly:

• Description of the issue

• Photos of the package and items (if applicable)

• Unboxing video

Please note that delivery timelines are estimates only. While we work closely with our logistics partners to ensure timely delivery, delays may occur due to unforeseen circumstances such as weather conditions, transportation disruptions, regulatory checks, strikes, natural calamities, or other factors beyond our control. In such cases, we shall not be held liable for delivery delays, and no compensation or cancellation requests will be entertained solely on the basis of delayed delivery.
