  4. Return Shipping: If your return request is approved, we will provide instructions for returning the product. Return shipping costs may be covered by Competer depending on the nature of the issue.

  5. Refund Processing: If a refund is approved, it will be processed to the original payment method. Please allow 7-10 business days for the refund to reflect in your account, depending on your payment provider.


Exchange Policy
