Cancel an order

At Competer, we understand that circumstances may change, and you might need to cancel your order. To make this process seamless, we have outlined our order cancellation policy below.


Order Cancellation Policy

  1. Cancellation Before Shipping:

    • Orders can be canceled before they are dispatched for delivery.

    • Once the order is shipped, cancellation requests will not be accepted.

  2. How to Cancel an Order:

    • Log in to your Competer account.

    • Navigate to the My Orders section.

    • Select the order you wish to cancel and click on Cancel Order.

    • Provide a reason for cancellation (optional) and confirm.

  3. Cancellation Confirmation:

    • Once your cancellation request is received, you will be notified via email or SMS regarding the status of your request.


Refund Policy for Canceled Orders

  • If the order is canceled before shipping, a full refund will be initiated excluding the Order Confirmation Charges.

  • Refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 7-10 business days.


Important Notes

  • Orders cannot be canceled once they are shipped.

  • If you wish to return or exchange an item after shipment, please refer to our Return and Exchange Policy.

  • We reserve the right to cancel orders in case of payment issues, stock unavailability, or suspected fraudulent activity.
