Credit and Debit Cards:

UPI (Unified Payments Interface):
- Quick and convenient payments through UPI platforms such as Google Pay, PhonePe, Paytm, and other UPI-supported apps.
Wallets:
- We support digital wallet payments for fast and hassle-free transactions.
Cash on Delivery (COD):
- For COD you have to Rs 99 first as Order Confirmation Charge.

Reason for Rs 99 Order Confirmation Charge:

As we have to prepare your order first specially for Notes then it gets dispatched.
Incase of Notes: We have to prepare the latest available material, if after dispatch you cancel the order and any new series comes in between, then the whole set gets wasted.
Incase of Books: We have to get the books from the publisher and deliver it you. If you cancel the order in transit or after delivery and any new edition comes in between then the older version is not of any use to us.
That’s why we charge Rs 99 as order Confirmation Charges for Cash on Delivery as well and you have to only pay rest of the amount for the Books or Notes excluding the Rs 99 charge.

Failed or Declined Payments

In case of a failed or declined payment, please check your bank or wallet balance and try again.
If the amount is debited but the order is not confirmed, it will automatically be refunded to your original payment method within 7-10 business days.
