1Payments
Card, UPI and wallet payments are taken by our payment partners (Razorpay, PhonePe) on their secure pages. Competer never sees or stores your card number, UPI PIN or bank password. Cash on delivery is paid to the courier at your door.
2Your account
Sign-in is by one-time password sent to your mobile number; there is no password to leak. Order pages are tied to your account or to a unique order key sent only to you.
3The connection
Every page is served over HTTPS. Forms submit over the same encrypted connection.
4Your data
We keep the details needed to deliver and support your order: name, delivery address, phone, email and the order itself. See the Privacy Policy for how long we keep them and how to ask for deletion.
5Report a problem
Found a security issue? Email teamcompeter@gmail.com with the details. We acknowledge every report and do not take action against good-faith researchers.
