Refund & Returns Policy

At Competer, every order is packed with care. If something goes wrong, we make it right — fast.

You can return any printed product within 7 days of delivery, for any reason, as long as it is unused, unmarked and in its original condition with every booklet of the set.

Raise the return on WhatsApp or email within those 7 days; we confirm it within 24 hours (Mon–Sat).

If the order is wrong, damaged, defective, missing pages or severely misprinted, or was lost in transit (confirmed by the courier), we arrange a free pickup or replacement at our cost. Nothing is charged to you.

Share your Order ID with a clear photo or video of the issue so we can act in one go.

If you simply no longer want the product, you can still return it within 7 days. You send it back by courier to the return address we share when the return is approved; return postage is paid by you. Please pack the set securely.

Refunds go to the original payment method within 5–7 business days of our receiving the item (or, for our-fault cases, of confirming the issue). Cash-on-delivery orders are refunded to your bank account or UPI.

• Products that have been used, written in, or damaged by the buyer
• Returns raised after 7 days of delivery
• Digital products once accessed

Orders can be cancelled within 2 hours of placement for a full refund. After dispatch, the 7-day return window above applies.
