Not every Sindhi speaker in India reads the Arabic script, and many grew up writing the language in Devanagari. For that reason the commission issued a separate 2014 compulsory language paper in Devanagari, and this page keeps it as an archived copy of the official document. It is a small PDF, about a fifth of a megabyte, and it holds the paper only.

Choosing between the two papers
If you studied Sindhi in school in India, there is a good chance your reading and writing are in Devanagari. In that case this is the version that matches your training. The other script version of the same year exists as a separate resource and can be used for comparison; the questions are set for the same language and the same stage, though they are not the same text. Compare the two if you want to see how much the wording changes with the script.
How to put it to use
Treat it as a language-skills test. Begin with the comprehension section: read the passage twice, underline the main points and answer in your own words instead of copying lines. Move to composition, writing an essay or letter of the length the instructions suggest. Finish with translation and grammar. After the attempt, count how long each section took, and compare the figure with the time you think each deserves. The commonest problem in these papers is spending too long on the first section and rushing the rest.
Weekly routine

Syllabus note
This is one of the language papers that a candidate must clear to be considered further, and how its marks count depends on the rules for the attempt year. Read the current notification for that, and use this paper to judge the level of language skill asked.
Finish every session by listing two things done well and two to fix. Short honest notes like these keep practice focused and prevent drift.
